Comments: After my first visit with Dr. Downey, I felt very confident that my foot surgery was in good hands. Dr. Downey took the time to explain the procedure and answer all of my questions. His staff is friendly and caring. I had an Achilles rupture repair using the minimally invasive approach. Surgery went well and I am now doing therapy.
