Comments: Great doctor! Would recommend him to anyone needing foot or ankle surgery. I fractured my ankle, tore tendons and ligaments. Dr Downey performed surgery after examining and exploring all options. Not only did my surgery go perfectly, he also referred me to an excellent Physical Therapist. I was back on my feet in record time. Dr Downey is very nice, communicates well, and truly cares about his patients. The staff at Trinity Foot and Ankle are very knowledgeable, pleasant, and very helpful.
