Comments: I was referred to Dr Downey by a friend who had used him on his ankle surgery. In my opinion Dr Downey is highly talented and I would go so far as to say “an artist” when it comes to ankle surgeries! I have always heard horror stories about foot and ankle issues and put mine off as long as I could. THANK YOU! Dr Downey!
