Comments: Dr Downey replaced the joint in my right big toe that was injured many years ago. He made himself available for rapid response when I had concerns and questions. My foot is healing nicely with no adverse side affects. I can walk again like I have not been able to for years. I would highly recommend Dr Downey. In physical therapy I met others that used Dr. Downey. They were all glad they found him and said they will only use him in the future if they have any other foot or ankle problems.
