Comments: Dr. Downey far and away exceeded every expectation I had being a new patient. Having a prior failed ankle surgery from an Ortho, I was very conscientious in my research when deciding on a new surgeon. Not only was Dr. Downey well trained and accomplished on paper, but also exceptionally professional and genuine while explaining my options to me. He spoke to me in clinic for as long as it took to make me feel comfortable with my decision for another surgery. I highly recommend Dr. Downey to all!
