Comments: Dr. Downey was always very helpful and was willing to explain things to me. He also did not push and let me decide to go at my speed. He and his staff called to check on me after my surgery several times and when I had to call him on a holiday weekend, he called within 10 minutes. I would recommend him to anyone!
