Comments: Dr. Downey is a miracle worker in my opinion! After dealing with a beyond awful experience he made me feel very comfortable and assured me that everything was going to be ok. Spent time to go over in detail the entire procedure and made me feel extra comfortable before, during, and after surgery. Dr. Downey genuinely cares about his patients and will go the extra mile to make sure they get what that they need. I am extremely greatful for everything he has done for me. He is THE BEST by far!!
