Comments: Dr Downey is the best! He listened to my concerns and made me feel very comfortable. His staff is very friendly and helpful. I would recommend Dr Downey in a heartbeat. It would be great to clone Dr Downey in every medical practice. We need more doctors like Dr Downey.
