Comments: Dr. Downing replaced my ankle over a year ago as well as giving me an arch (I was flatfooted) and I have not had any problems with it at all since then. I am so grateful and thank God he is such a great surgeon. I used to limp everywhere and could walk only for short distances. Now I can walk for over 12,000 steps a day and play golf without pain or discomfort. I would recommend him to anyone and if and when I need the other ankle replaced, I know who is doing it for me.
