Comments: I have been 100% satisfied with Dr. Downey. He is extremely professional & caring. After being misdiagnosed by another doctor, Dr. Downey immediately recognized the problem, performed surgery and corrected my problem. He answered all questions and I always felt he &/or his staff were available any time needed. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of a foot and ankle doctor. 5 stars
