Comments: I went in because my ankle was hurting and I could barely walk. After x rays, Dr. Downey told me I had a bone spur and needed surgery. He ordered an MRI just to make sure there was nothing else, and I'm glad he did; I had several torn tendons that needed repair, including the achillies. He was so sympathetic to my situation that it stuck with me. The surgery went well and he was so helpful after I fell and thought I undid it all a week later. I'm now four months out from the surgery and doing great. I have already recommended him to a few people I know, and I would go back to him in a heartbeat. All the staff at Trinity is great, and I was truly sad when I was released from care! Don't hesitate to go to Dr. Downey!
