Comments: I came to Dr Downey with a very messed right ankle. I had an ankle fusion approximately 15 years ago. The answer was an ankle replacement and many other things that he repaired while in there. Dr Downey is very caring and explains what is to be done. He is very easy to reach. I had ankle replaced May 7th and got the sutures out June 7th. I would highly recommend Dr. Downey.
