Comments: I dislocated and fractured my ankle on a Saturday night and went to my local hospital ER. After x-rays and consultation with a local orthopedic surgeon, they reset the ankle and told me to call his office on Monday to schedule surgery. Monday morning, after talking with him on the phone, I decided to seek a second opinion. I called Dr. Downey's office and they worked me in that day. Monday night he did a fixation surgery on my ankle. I am thankful I found Dr. Downey for a second opinion.
