Comments: Dr. Downey was always very courteous and willing to answer any questions we asked. The surgery on my wife's ankle is healing very nicely. At rhe follow-up visits, he took xrays to determine how the healing was progressing. We would recommend Dr. Downey to anyone who needs ankle or foot surgery.
