Comments: I was very impressed with Dr. Downey right from the start. He thoroughly explained the procedure I would be having, answered all of my questions, and made me feel at ease throughout the entire process. He is friendly and has great rapport with his patients. I would highly recommend Dr. Downey for any foot or ankle problems. He is one of the best.
