Comments: Dr. Downey is very well versed when explaining treatments so that they can be understood outside medical professionals. He has treated me for the past year through multiple surgeries and. Iam sometimes VERY difficult to deal with and Dr. Downey listens to my concerns and addresses them. He is very patient, kind and understanding.
